Re: The coolest playhouse ever! I wonder sometimes why the eco-friendly houses are not more popular. The ones I find on the internet sure look cool enough to appeal to people. Then I think about my wife's reaction to my "mowing the roof" and decide... nevermind...

Surprisingly....the last "base" we were stationed at before hubby retired, was an OLD Naval Satellite Tracking station and it was built before WWII....we had "bunkers, with blast doors" for the offices and the lounge area....they were 3 foot think walls and doors of steel and concrete and covered in earth...
WE DID MOW THE ROOF! They were awesome.....and always COOL inside and safe. We got to use the "Lounge" one for the tornado bunker...

Re: The coolest playhouse ever! It was totally awesome! And HUGE....it had a kitchen in it....bathrooms, tables, couches, a barber shop.....bar and pool table.
We had all our Halloween and retirement parties in there!
