Puddles
The great thing about getting alot of rain is that we get alot of puddles to play in  . I used to time my splashing so it would get the girls wet (not very grown-up I know but it was fun hehehehe)...

Hi y`all..
I have a Sheltie, name of Bridie, she just loves puddles. we have had a dryish summer, and even the smallest puddle she loves to paddle in...

Hi Nannypols 
I have a bird bath at the side of my home and the birds love it during this hot summer. The funny thing is that with so little rain the neighbors dog loves it too and doesn't understand why the birds won't stay around and play with her when she jumps in!

oh we have cats too, so can`t have a real bird bath, you are so lucky to be able to have one. I love the birds.

The culvert at the end of my street was dammed up by the neighbor's kids so when it rained today we ended up with Lake Meadow's Green since the water couldn't go anywhere. I remember doing the same thing when I was a kid so it is hard to get mad at them.
